Am I going to...

    ...mess myself up if I do this. I have wp-hive installed in an add-on domain. If I install it now in the root directory, will I mess myself up. Here's what I mean:

    Root domain
    |__WP-Hive add-on domain
    |____Hive site
    |____Hive site
    |__Regular add-on domain
    |__Regular add-on domain

    This would become

    Root domain with WP-Hive
    |__Hive site
    |__Hive site
    |__WP-Hive add-on domain
    |____Hive site
    |____Hive site
    |__Regular add-on domain
    |__Regular add-on domain

    Will the WP-Hive plugin being added higher up in the path interfere with the existing hive sites?

    I think this will work, but I'm not 100% sure I understand your plan totally.

    I believe that if they are all installed as domains or subdomains, then it should be fine.
