    I suddenly get:

"Warning: strpos() [function.strpos]: Offset not contained in string in [*pathname*]/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-hive/includes/functions.php on line 102"

I look in the database and notice there was a new (duplicate) entry:

there is an extra duplicate entry in wphive_hosts:

    6 (dubdomain).(domain).net wp_ /

where the prefix is not correct for the subdomain.

I have no clue why a new entry has been added here with an incorrect (default) prefix: i did not touch the plugin settings

Very strange. Have you installed any other plugins?
One suggestion is to try re-installing WP Hive by refreshing the files in /wp-content/plugins/wp-hive.

Today it happened again. The site is down only the main page is available. When I look in the wphive_hosts table there is now not 1 duplicate entry as above, but there were 9!

I see that I posted the previous one 2 weeks ago.

I think that someone knows how to hack the plugin by some command and enter the duplicate entries?

(p.s. by simply removing the duplicate entry/entries in the table everything works like normal)
