Having WPMU like options…

So far WP Hive seems to be the right choice for me, however, I would like to know if the following would be possible.

1. Have a top “Ad Stripe” that is common amongst each of the blogs in the Hive. I like to stripe at the top of the WPMU blogs that carries the same info through out each blog.

2. A categories plugin or widget that can be utilized within each blog in the Hive. Something like the old webring widgets.

3. Have the ability to add html/java to the main super admin blog that carries through to the other Hive blogs. For instance…if I was to put a RTA rating in the meta tags for the main blog, it would show up in all the blogs.
