Hello there, thanks for a great plugin.

I have installed WP at hive.mydomain.com with hive plugin

I have used HIve to install 3 additional subdomains at

    subdomain1.mydomain.com
    subdomain2.mydomain.com
    subdomain3.mydomain.com

I wish to grant admin access to the three subdomains to three different colleagues. My questions:

    1) How do I hide the hive settings panel from the administrators of the subdomain. Can they create new sites if I leave it visible?

    2) Can I create unique theme folders for each subdomain?

THanks in advance for any advice

The WP Hive Admin Menu is shown to any user that has the 'manage_options' capability. By default, this is only the admin user. Details Here. If they can see the menu, then they can create sites.

You could try giving your collegues 'editor' roles. Or, you can use the one of the many roles & capability plugins to create a custom role without the 'manage_options` capability.

This WP Hive admin access will be improved upon in a future version.

Regarding themes: You can have multiple themes installed, but each site will see all the themes that are available. You can't limit which themes a particular site has access to.
