Hierarchy in file manager in C-panels -help please

    – +plugins

    – +themes

    -upgrade

    – +uploads

    – +wp_hive

    +wp-includes

    the above is the hierarchy from c-panel file manager. . .within the public_html folder

    2 questions. . is this correct?

    do I need to install a version of WordPress in each of the other empty folders?

    Currently if you were to click on the url http://mikeandkatharina.com/

    you would see a blank index page with links to the other 2 sub-sites.

    I am not sure of what to do exactly so I would appreciate someone to help me walk-thru.

    BTW- I have installed some themes and plugins and widgets but only activated a few and only the themed content exists the Hive being one
