Install Site Error

    I am trying to add my first site. When I click Install Site, it gives me an error in my browser as follows:

    The website declined to show this webpage
    HTTP 403
    Most likely causes:
    •This website requires you to log in.

    Any idea what is wrong?

    This is most definitely a mis-configuration of the webserver. Check out the installation sticky on the forum.
