Plugin Browser Not Working

I run several blogs on one WP 2.7.1 installation with WP Hive. Recently, I transferred the DB tables from a stand-alone site into the WP Hive DB. I changed all of the table prefixes and fixed the wp_capabilities option in the option table. The site now works just like it's supposed to ... with one problem. I can't add new plug-ins or upgrade existing plug-ins on this blog. The other sites all work fine, but the new one just doesn't seem to recognize the feature.

When I navigate to the Plugin Browser manually, it tells me I don't have the right permissions. Any idea what option I forgot to change when I moved the site?

You're right - it sounds like a permissions / capabilities issue. Make sure the user account you are using is an Administrator and has all the plugin capabilities for that site.

It was ... apparently the update_plugins capability wasn't added during the upgrade. I copied the wp_user_roles values from another WP 2.7.1 installation and things are now working as they should be.
