Subdirectory issue; main blog address is root and WP address is subdir

    Hi!

    I've installed wordpress in a subdirectory on my website (website.com/wordpress), but the blog address is my website root(website.com).
    I want to install another blog in another subdirectory (website.com/blog).

    I tried to do it, but when I clicked "install site" I got redirected to website.com/wp-admin/install.php , but since the wordpress is in a subdirectory i get a page not found-message. (same thing happens if I type in website.com/blog)

    How is this possible?

    There's some remaining issues with sites that are set up in a subdirectory, like this. Trying to resolve them for the next version of WP Hive.
